As Chief Executive Officer of Nova Employment and Training Inc., as well as throughout his brilliant career, Mr. Wren has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Nova Employment and Training Inc. is a Disability Employment Service, with most of their funding coming through the Australian Government's Department of Employment, Education and Workplace Relations. Through its 26 offices, the company assists disabled people in securing and maintaining quality employment opportunities. They help clients in a variety of ways, including consultation, advisement, and community support.

Martin is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He possesses extensive expertise in strategic planning and regularly attends international conferences in search of new ideas to better the service of the company. During his collegiate career, Martin earned a Master's degree. He is a member of several organizations, including National Disability Services. Mr. Wren has been published and has lectured on a university level on numerous occasions.
