West Coast Nurses Pty. Ltd. is a nursing employment agency which recruits nurses to send to nursing homes, hospitals, doctor's offices, community care centers and other areas of need in the healthcare industry. Susan is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business and overseeing the daily operations.

Ms. Whyte is involved with interviewing staff and arranging contracts as well as liaising with nursing homes, hospitals and nurses.
