As Executive Director of the Workforce Development Center for North Iowa Area Community College, Dr. Peters has routinely exhibited the dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

North Iowa Area Community College believes that education, which has as its overriding goal the optimum development of all human potential, is the foundation of a democratic society. Dr. Peters is responsible for overseeing 11 different programs and she has made it her mission to ensure that the students are successful. During her educational career, she earned a PhD from Iowa State University. Dr. Peters is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, The Golden Key and Phi Alpha Alpha. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys practicing yoga.
